Clinical Project Management - Command and Control
The success of any project is dependent upon a project manager who has strong leadership skills to work in a matrix environment. Because we are not in the business of making widgets in a factory, ClinOps employs Clinical Project Managers who clearly understand the challenges and competitive nature of clinical trials. Experienced Clinical Project Managers consider it second nature to always conduct a risk management analysis and plan proactively for the unexpected. They do this by evaluating how likely each risk is to occur and define its consequences. Then they assign an owner to each, with a detailed plan of action.
The role of the Clinical Project Manager is to take full command and control of the project from time of award to the last deliverable. This starts off by ensuring that the right resources are assigned, in the right combination, and at the right time. They work with you to develop a detailed timeline that includes a critical path analysis that flags activities with dependencies, identifying situations where a delay in one activity will affect the overall project timeline.
The Clinical Project Manager works very closely with your team to understand your culture and preferences. This allows the team to reduce startup time and get on with the business at hand. They keep in close touch with you, not only at important milestones but at every step in between.
The Clinical Project Manager is accountable for ensuring you receive the highest quality for all deliverables, timeline adherence, risk management, proactive and effective communication and planning, financial management and customer satisfaction.
